Under the category of Government, please add the entire Nevada State Department of Health and Human Services. Each division within the department is challenged to have the greatest percentage of their employees ride on Bike to Work Day, and will be recognized with the ownership of a perpetual trophy.
Resource Concepts Bike to Work Week is off to a fantastic start!! Not only are the employees riding (and walking–one is 8 months with child and cannot get on a bike right now) but also many of our kids are riding with us to school! The wind yesterday gave us a challenge coming home. So far, we have 6 participanting employees totaling 29.27 miles per day. Look out Lumos! We want that trophy!
Lumos and Associates has 10+ people competing in the Carson Office out of 36 total empolyees. We will be reporting our numbers for Monday and Tuesday this morning. RCI, we accept your challenge and look forward to competing with you. However, I think you will need to ride a little harder to conquer Team Lumos.
Lumos and Associates had 10 people with 70.90 miles on Monday and 11 people with 100.78 miles on Tuesday. As you can see we have been trying to ride to midday meetings as well as just to and from work.
Lumos and Associates had 68.6 miles with 13 people on Wednesday.
Lumos and Associates had 80.3 miles with 10 people on Thursday.
Redrock Family Dental Had Three staff out of seven ride to work today (Friday) for a total of 10.18 miles. Thanks Jeff for the fun challenge. Looking forward to next year. Drew

Lumos and Associates rode 74.6 miles on Friday with 12 employees. We had a great time with, I guess, three times last years turn out. Thank your for organizing this event.
