West Side Bike Path

This is a picture of the west side bike path that connects Ash Canyon to Combs Canyon, and runs behind WNCC. Since we all use our biking and walking paths at different times of the day, it can be hard to gauge how many people use them.

I saw this great video about Bicycle Boulevards while reading the blog of a friend that lives in Berkeley. A bicycle boulevard is a shared roadway which has been optimized for bicycle traffic. There are many great ideas in the video that could be applied to streets in Carson City.
